Karissa Sprinkle has been married 15 years and lives in Noblesville, Indiana with her husband Cameron and their 7-year-old daughter Scarlett.

Along with being a stay-at-home mom to their daughter, Karissa is also a certified Trauma Recovery Coach and a coach for Nothing Is Wasted. She works with women recovering from a variety of painful experiences, however the majority of her clients are women who have experienced sexual betrayal or infertility.

Over the last decade, Karissa has navigated her own journey of infertility, as well as sexual betrayal. After experiencing the painful fallout of her husband’s pornography addiction and betrayal while in church leadership, she feels strongly about coming alongside other struggling women, pastors, and churches to help equip them with trauma-informed care and support.
