Almost thirty years ago, Georgia was given a two percent chance to be alive in ten years after a recurrence of breast cancer. Thankfully, an aggressive bone marrow transplant saved her life. Georgia then went through a divorce and at the same time, her career ended. Seven years ago Georgia was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and just recently stage 3 colon cancer. Because of Georgia’s story, she is passionate about helping people find hope and strength to rebuild their lives after heartbreaking losses: whether due to divorce, illness, the death of a loved one, job loss, or broken dreams.
