At Nothing is Wasted Ministries,

We connect ministry leaders like you with the tools and resources you need to meet people in the valleys of their pain–from trauma, tragedy or major life transition– and help them find a way through. We also coach and guide leaders in their own journeys through personal crisis and leadership challenges.

Pain often gets people stuck and keeps them from engaging in mission, sidelined and ill-effective. Through our content, community, and coaching, we have everything you need to experience healing and hope for yourself and for those you lead. We’ll help you as you help people connect to their redemptive purpose to advance the kingdom of God.

That only happens when leaders like you recognize the impact of pain and the need for healing for those you serve. It’s difficult to find resources and tools that are both Biblically-Centered and Trauma-Informed … ones that truly facilitate deeper healing and transformation for your community. And that is where we can help.

Pain to Purpose is our flagship resource. This Biblically-Centered and Trauma-Informed video course is a proven pathway to help the people you serve remove the debris of crisis, repair brokenness, and rebuild their lives so that they can move forward with a renewed sense of purpose and mission.

The Trauma Informed Leader Toolkit is a 4-part video series to help you and your team begin the conversation of how trauma is impacting your community. This video series will equip you with what you need to know about the way trauma works in individuals, and how you can start to create environments for healing.

As leaders, we all want to finish well, but knowing what to do in the most critical junctures of leadership can be difficult. We know that the health of you as a leader matters for you and for the organization you lead. Our Healthy Leader coaches will help you understand where you are in your journey as a leader and how to move forward effectively.

With so many stories of leaders who have quit due to burnout or have fallen because of moral or personal failure, the body of Christ needs leaders who will make it to the end–not perfectly, but faithfully.

Healthy Leaders Build Healing Communities is not just a motto we like to say here at Nothing is Wasted. It is something we have seen time and time again as we’ve entered churches, met with leaders, and helped people in crisis find a way through their pain.

Leaders need to know where they are in their journey in leadership and how to move into the next stage of development and growth so that they can lead and finish well. Let us help you do just that.

Our Healthy Leader Coaching is available for ministry leaders at three crucial junctures on their leadership journey:
